Crock Pot Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried beans, (a mix of any type)
- 1⁄2 pound bacon, cooked and diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 cup tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup dark molasses
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder or smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt , I use this salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups water
Directions
- Soak dried beans overnight
- Placed soaked beans in the slow cooker along with all other ingredients
- Turn slow cooker on high and cook for 6-8 hours or until tender
Note: If beans are drying out add water during the cooking.
