Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 5 1⁄2 cups shredded coconut, not sweetened
- 14 ounces sweeten condensed milk, 1 can
- 2 eggs whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C), Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine coconut, milk, egg whites, vanilla, and salt. Mix to combine.
- Using 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, drop dough onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
