If you love coconut you will love these coconut macaroons! So easy and So good!


Ingredients

  • 5 12 cups shredded coconut, not sweetened
  • 14 ounces sweeten condensed milk, 1 can
  • 2 eggs whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 12 teaspoon salt 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C), Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  1. In a large bowl combine coconut, milk, egg whites, vanilla, and salt. Mix to combine.
  2. Using 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, drop dough onto cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
