One of my go-to desserts because it is so easy and so impressive! I keep frozen berries on hand so I can though this together anytime I need a fast and yummy dessert!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a blow, mix filling together and set aside
- In a food processor, mix flour, salt, sugar, butter
- Pulse mixture until butter is the size of peas
- Slowly pour water and vodka into the food processor while pulsing just until combined
- Divide dough into two equal balls
- Roll dough out and place bottom crust into 8-inch pie pan
- Fill with cherry filling and place butter slices over the top
- Top with top crust
- Crimp edges, cut vent holes, and place into the oven for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown
