- 30 ounces frozen hash browns, diced or shredded, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onions
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup

- 2 cups corn flakes cereal or potato chips, crushed

Directions
