Yogurt Sumac Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
marinade
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until smooth and well blended.
2. Place the chicken in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to let the flavors fully develop.
3. Grill the marinated chicken until it’s cooked through, then slice and serve in a warm pita or over a fresh salad for a delicious meal!
