Turkey Cranberry Jalapeno Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 3⁄4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1⁄2 jalapeño, deseeded and minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until fully mixed and well blended.
2. Shape the mixture into 2 tablespoon balls and arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on top. Serve hot over a bed of rice and enjoy!
