Ten Tablespoon Rub

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients, mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the spice blend to an airtight container or a spice jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The rub will stay fresh for up to 6 months.
Pro Tip: Give the container a quick shake before each use to redistribute the ingredients. This rub goes well on chicken, pork, beef and fish.
