Pumpkin Waffles
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, melted
- 2 cups whole milk
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt and set aside.
- In another bowl mix together pumpkin, eggs, butter, brown sugar, and milk until well combined.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the waffle batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the iron’s directions.
