Moroccan Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, minced
- 5 - 8 mint leaves, minced
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Roll into 2 inch balls and flatten into oval shaped patties, place in a 9 by 13 baking dish.
- Bake for 25 min or until cooked through and browned on the top.
- Serve over rice!
