Mexican Cabbage Slaw

This slaw is an amazing addition to any taco bar! It is the perfect balance of heat, sweet, sour, and crunch!
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 angel slaw or finely sliced green cabbage
- 3 - 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- 1 cilantro, chopped
- Small bag frozen corn, thawed and drained
Dressing
- 1⁄2 cup lime juice or lemon juice
- 1⁄4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all the salad ingredients until fully mixed.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over slaw. Mix well.
- Best made a couple of hours before serving.
