Greek Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, minced
- 5 - 8 mint leaves, minced
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until fully mixed and well blended.
2. Shape the mixture into 3-inch balls, then flatten each into an oval-shaped patty. Arrange the patties in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and golden brown on top. Serve hot over a bed of rice and enjoy!
