Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons butter
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 425 degrees
- Add the butter to a 9x13 inch baking dish and place it into the oven while it preheats just until the butter melts.
- In a blender add eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla, and blend until the batter is sooth.
- Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 22-27 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and puffy.
- To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice.
