Easy Homemade Mayo!
Ingredients
- 1 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard, (your choice)
- 1 cup oil , (your choice)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juce, optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a jar
- Place stick blender at the bottom of the jar and blend for 15-30 seconds
- Slowly start to move the hand blender up and down the jar until all the oil is emulsified
- Refrigerate and the mayo will firm up even more
- ENJOY
- Store in air tight container for 4-5 days in the fridge
