Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip
If you are looking for a new family favorite, look no further. This recipe is the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. Be careful if you make this dip for a party because you will be asked to make it from here on out!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- 3⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drain liquid and squeeze artichokes to drain excess liquid, chopped
- 6 ounces frozen spinach, squeezed to drain excess liquid
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon non-iodized salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in artichokes and spinach.
- Spread mixture evenly into baking dish.
- Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
Notes
This dip can be made up to 5 days in advance. Store in refrigerator then remove and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
It reheats well in the microwave after baking.
