Ingredients
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place the oats, water, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in your Instant Pot. Stir.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and move the steam release valve to the sealing position. Cook in high pressure for 4 minutes and allow it to do a natural release for 15-10 minutes.
- Serve with desired toppings!
