Name: Mexican Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients: 1 angel slaw or finely sliced green cabbage; 3 - 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced; 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped; 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced; 1 cilantro, chopped; Small bag frozen corn, thawed and drained; 1/2 cup lime juice or lemon juice; 1/4 tablespoon olive oil; 2 teaspoons honey; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon onion powder; 1 teaspoon smoked paprika; 1 teaspoon cumin; salt and pepper, to taste

This slaw is an amazing addition to any taco bar! It is the perfect balance of heat, sweet, sour, and crunch!

Ingredients

Salad

1 angel slaw or finely sliced green cabbage
3 - 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1 cilantro, chopped
Small bag frozen corn, thawed and drained

Dressing

¹⁄₂ cup lime juice or lemon juice
¹⁄₄ tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In a large bowl combine all the salad ingredients until fully mixed.
Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over slaw. Mix well.
Best made a couple of hours before serving.
