Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄41⁄2 cups sugar
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
- In a 9 by 13 glass baking dish mix, all the ingredients together.
- Bake for 35-45 min or until golden on the top and firm to the touch, be careful not to overcook.
