Ingredients
- 16 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
Directions
- Add the uncooked macaroni noodles, chicken broth, garlic powder, pepper, and salt into the Instant Pot.
- Place the lid on the pot and set to sealing. Cook on manual function for 4 minutes. Then do a quick release. Do not let noodles sit on manual release (noodles will become overcooked).
- Add butter, milk, and cheese and stir until it becomes creamy. Taste for seasoning and enjoy!
