This is the perfect balance of sour and sweet! This recipe is great for the grill, slow cooker, smoker, or oven!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- Place chicken and all marinade ingredients into a zip lock bag
- Marinate for 3-4 hours
- Pre-heat oven to 400
- Place chicken and sauce into a 9 by 13-inch Pyrex dish
- Bake until chicken thighs are easily shreddable with two forks—about 30-40 mins
